Caravel Pelli Pregiate S.p.A. (“Caravel”) has always been committed to promoting a culture inspired by ethics and legality, ensuring that its activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, with the Organizational Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, and with the standards established by the Code of Ethics of the Kering Group.

In order to strengthen the culture of ethics, legality and transparency within Caravel and in the relationships with the same, Caravel has established a system for the receipt, the analysis and the handling of reports of breaches or irregularities, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 and the EU Directive No. 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union or National law (so-called, Whistleblowing System).

To this end, Caravel has adopted Whistleblowing Procedures aimed at regulating the internal management of reports, ensuring the protection of the persons reporting the breaches against any form of retaliation or discrimination, and has implemented a Whistleblowing Platform, that allows to file the reports in a confidential form and with a guarantee of protection of secrecy.
